LASER ALIGNMENT ANALYSIS
Alignment is the process of getting the rotational centerlines of two or more machine shafts to lie in a straight line. We provide on-site with state of the art equipment to increase energy cost savings and reduced power consumption. On-site laser alignment provides increased equipment longevity and reduced downtime in your operations while improving quality and profitability.
POWDER & EPOXY COATINGS
We provide specialty ceramic coatings for pump impellers and pump volutes to provide excellent chemical immersion service protection to all metals. It prolongs the longevity of metal and prevents premature wear on metal surfaces.
SHOP PUMP REPAIR AND OVERHAUL SERVICES

Field Services: DIAGNOSTICS REPAIR & STARTUP
Providing service for over 20 years with a team of experienced engineers, machinists, technicians, fabricators and a full equipped shop we are ready to help getting projects up and running. From planning, design, installation, and start-up and every step along the way. We will make sure equipment is installed and running as per manufactures request and we will be here long after to provide years of optimal performance of the equipment.
MACHINING, BALANCING & ALIGNMENT
Repairing used equipment requires the correct balancing, machining and alignment of used pumps to a like new condition. Before we repair any piece of equipment we provide a free inspection before any work is performed. If original equipment has a good history of preventative maintenance a repair is a fraction of the cost for new equipment.
Repairs, replacements, and testing
We feel in order to provide the best service to our end-users is to have parts and new equipment in stock. We also work with a large network of parts suppliers for major pump brands and models. We have experience with older pumps and equipment to either provide a pump to fit into your existing system.
